Store a new profile
Store a profile for a host. The product and the API, registry and web URLs are classified and derived from the host, then stored as they are; –type, –api-url, –registry-url, –web-url and –owner override them. Environment variables are not stored. The first profile becomes the current one; –use does it for later ones. A host without a scheme means https.
